One existing handbook or draft, one submission, one structured operational review, one consolidated feedback report and one 60-minute review session. Excludes unlimited rewriting/revisions, legal representation, compliance certification, bespoke legal opinion, full translation and multiple subsidiaries. Work outside scope requires a separate quotation.

Day-1 Learning Commitment Guarantee
A governed request requires full Day-1 attendance, completion of designated activities and submission before the published Day-1 deadline. Every request is reviewed under the published terms; it is not an unrestricted “refund anytime” promise.
TRANSFER
Transfer, refund and instalment boundary
A paid transfer to a future cohort is subject to availability and approved policy. Paid credit may be carried, but the old bonus does not automatically transfer. If a cardholder independently asks the issuing bank to convert an eligible card transaction into instalments, eligibility, tenure, approval, interest and fees are decided by that bank; VECTOR does not provide credit. Any approved VECTOR refund is limited to the applicable refund to the original payment method. Instalment cancellation, bank charges, repayment schedule and statement adjustment remain between the cardholder and issuing bank.

HRD Corp workflow boundary
VECTOR policy: 100% upfront payment → applicable grant approval → training and documents → provider claim → cleared reimbursement received by VECTOR → reconciliation → eligible employer refund. No refund is initiated before cleared reimbursement. VECTOR targets 3–5 business days after confirmed cleared funds; HRD processing time is separate and is not guaranteed.
Assistance may cover readiness checklists, programme and trainer documents, participant and attendance documents, claim/query coordination, reconciliation and eligible refund processing. It does not guarantee grant or claim approval, reimbursement amount or processing time, employer levy sufficiency, inaccurate or late employer action, fraudulent records, storage of the employer’s eTRiS password, or legal dispute representation. The RM300 is VECTOR’s administration and coordination fee; reimbursability is not promised.
